Duo Group was established in 2016 with a commitment to designing affordable, modern homes that people would love to live in: private, easy-care sections, with quality designs, unique character and special touches that turn a house into a home. Since then, Duo Group have carved a reputation as an innovative development company, with no two developments the same and have successfully completed 43 homes and 4 commercial office and retail projects.

Based in Christchurch, the two directors have a combined experience of 15 years in the real estate and property development industry, and this local knowledge has helped to develop a range of unique designs in excellent locations. Duo Group has a focus is on using natural and sustainable materials combined with high quality workmanship.
